Whereas, doTERRA is engaged in the business of marketing and selling essential oils, wellness products, and related goods; and Whereas, Customer desires to become a wholesale customer of doTERRA and purchase products at wholesale prices for personal use or for resale; Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

This Wholesale Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between doTERRA International, LLC (“doTERRA”) and the wholesale customer (“Customer”).

Whereas, doTERRA is engaged in the business of marketing and selling essential oils, wellness products, and related goods; and

Whereas, Customer desires to become a wholesale customer of doTERRA and purchase products at wholesale prices for personal use or for resale;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
